How to pass the values of rating star from mail ?

Question

Currently, i am working on the scheduler which sends mail on a particluar interval of the time; if enquiry to any business made by the user. Then, the mail on behalf of the business owner will send to the user stating that (" we understand your query and measure your satisfaction by leaving a rating below "). when he rates the business by clicking on the rating star, then i want that he will redirect to the business detail page of that business owner and whatever he rates to his business , would be displayed there. What i did pass the values of rating along with the userid using query string but problem of how to update those values in that web page using C#.

In fig 1. , i pass values  of rating from mail to the webpage.

In fig 2 . , What i really want ? Not only update the values of rating but also show only rating dialog box of that business.

 

Need some hint , regarding this scenario..!!!
