how to pass globalized string to an XML file runtime

I have an XML which has name named values so I want to pass globalized string for those named values runtime to that XML.

e.g Test.XML has some text as "Test Value". I want to pass globalized string for "Test Value" string runtime to this file means actual text should be replaced by globalized string runtime & proceed further.
