how to pass data from a web form to wcf service to database

Question

I created a Registration form and I wanted to pass the data through the service and wanted to insert into the database. 

 

I am able to insert the data from an web form but now I wanted to implement with a web service.

 

I am a beginer  and Please help me out. Some one. I will be very thank full to you.
