How to override the default browser message in jquery ?

Want to override the default browser message .

 

for ex. am getting browser message as "Do you Want to allow softwares such as ActiveX Controls and plugins to run ? " this is my scenario

 

i want to override this message by "Please install ActiveX plugins to Run" Like this i want it as an alert in jquery.

 

is this possible?
