How to open the documents in the read only mode.

Hi all,

I have a requirement like have to open the document in the readonly mode which should be saved or downloaded.We should read the content and we should not save it or read it.any possible way to achieve it using any third party scripts and jquery or anyother way.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.
