How to open Specific tab on button click from another form ?

Hello, I have two window form, In one win form i used a tabcontrol which included 4 tabs and in second win form which

included 4 buttons. Now i want to open specific tab, which is when i click on a button1 then in 1st form 1st tab should be open.

So, Help me how can i do this
