How to obtain file owner or "last saved by" with C#

Hi, i want to optain the file owner and/or the "last saved by" user of some office documents located on a Windows 2000 server in a Win2k AD Domain. I'm using Visual Studio .Net Enterprise 2003. Any ideas how i can do that? Thanks a lot Anmelka
