How to my website work in Online and Offline also

I have made a website.I want to work this offline also like if any one entry some data in offline but when internet connected it will be Updated.It can be Possible??For this What I have to do?Could I make a desktop or Window application??I cant Understand.Please help me.I can't find any wayout.Please help.Thank you.
