How to move MNC from small scale companies?

I have 2+ years Experience in VB 6.0 and SQL server.I also studying .net framework.Now i like to switch from small scale to Multi National Companies.Anyone give the advice what are the skill set i want to improve and interview Questions in C# and SQL.Send any links of good tutorial. thanks in advance
