How to monitoring a text file and read the last line??

Dear Specialist,

Hope you all are nice. I am facing a problem with C# mvc application. That is I want to monitoring a text file and want to read the last line of the text file when ever its updated from C# mvc application. But I dont know what will be the best way. By googling I got some idea but I dont konw what will be appropriate. Please help me. Also sorry for my bad english.
