How to migrate MySQL 8 database to SQL server 2008 R2 Database
Apr 17 2021 10:47 AM
Hi all,
I want to migrate MYSQL 8.0 database to SQL server 2008 R2.
What I tried:
I installed SQL server migration assitance(SSMA) for MYSQL and tried to migrate my database.
But when I opened SSMA and when I clicked on New Project then on new project window; under migrate to option I did not find option for sql server 2008 R2. All options were having sql server from 2012(versions greater than 2008). Still I clicked on save button then it showed message that sql server version is smaller than SSMA's provided sql server versions.
So, how to convert mysql 8 database to sql server 2008R2.
Is there any other way to do this?
Thank you in advance.Any help would be appreciated.
