How to make ribbon controls appear in Toolbox

I am using Visual Studio 2015 Community.

In a wpf application i want to use the Ribbon controls.

I have added the system.windows.controls.ribbon to the reference.

Although i have added the reference the ribbon controls do not appear in the Toolbox on the left side. Only WPF controls appear.

How can i make the Ribbon controls apper together with the WPF controls ?
