How to make a specific date in calender control unclicked in asp.net,c#

Hi All,
Can anybody help me out and tell me how I can make a specific date in calender control unclicked in asp.net,c# like if I want to make weekends and holidays not getting clicked then what is the code of this.
Plz reply soon.Its very very urgent.
