how to make a object data ( you tube movie) in table clickable

Question

hi all
i am having couple of videos in my datalist table. and i want that whenever any visitor click on any movie thumbnail it should go to another page and play there instead of playing on the same page.

thus i want the flash movie object work like a link to another page instead of playing it .
and too i want to remove the facilities present in the movie ( like full screen , and watch on you tube  etc . ) someone pls suggest me . its ok i can set the fullscreen option in object ot false . but how can i stop it from playing.
