How to make a customization report dot net?

Hi all

I am working on a project in which we have to develop more than 150 reports in pdf.

experts, please suggest, how we can build report where some alignment or rearrangement can be done from front-end user.

like adjustment of the photo ( height and weight) which are attached in the report?

what is the best tool or library to do this task?
