how to make a continuous forms or gridview or table using asp.net c#?

Question

im working on a project C# ASP.net webFroms

what im tring to achieve is similar to this screenshot

 

this screenshot is taken from c# desktop application

which i cant do the same in ASP.net application

when the form open it calls the database and bind some dropdownlist 

when user finishied from entring one line it should automaticly make a new line with the deafult values fro dropdownlists

i dont know if i make my point clear enough 

but this is what i want !
