How to maintain the employee hierarchy in .NET MVC applicati

Question

Hi is there any resource or reference i can see to manage employee hierearchy like The 

   CEO-->DIRECTOR-->MANAGER-->Associate Manager-->Incharge-->coordinator-->Teacher 
i want some good db design for it and these all roles would have different access rights like read write update so is there any reference sample or DB design which i can follow ,

i want to see sample with roles and right like actions names
