How to load Data Fast when Click on pageIndex in GridView

Question

Hi,

I have one Page say  candidates.aspx

In candidates.aspx page , loading candidate details when the page loads.

There lacs of candidates records are binding to the GridView.

On Each Page Index it shows only 10 Records, when i click on the 150 th page .

The GridView Must be load very fast , and the GridView must be in the Page Index 150th.

It not shows only 150 th Page Index, it also show all page Index (It must shows page Index 140,141,142...150...) .
