how to load a html document after click on anchor tag in asp

Actually i have already loaded the html document of a particular page says abc.In that abc page i have a class anchor tag like 2a,sl,3a etc .I also invoke that anchor tag and than it will load the another div.The div where shown in webbrowser control but how to load the contents of that div which shown only when u invke the anchor click.I want the html contents of that div element.
