How to link a share point design form with SQL Server 2008

Hi all,

How to connect a SharePoint Design form with SQL Server 2008 database...

Because by default when you design form in SharePoint and pulish that form it will automatically make a connection with SQL Server...

But the senario is that how can i make connection with my own created Database table with SharePoint design form...

I can't found an option/procedure for doing this task in detail which provide help to solve this issue...
