How to keep a multiple tab index with in a same field in win

Question

for example i am having a DateTime picker in my form, when i click tab it is jumping to another field. Rather what i want is when we click tab the cursor should move to next section with in the date field. [i.e cursor should move from month section to date section then on to year with in the DateTime picker]. plz can any one help me.
