How to interact or call spice methods from silverlight or ASP.NET

Hi All,
My target is to interact with spice simulation code which is on matlabs, the spice code methods takes set of inputs and returns the output in matrix or waves format, my question is how to interact or how to call spice methods from Silverlight or ASP.NET, Please help me out of this spice sea.
