how to integrate SQl and .net framework in window applicatio

Question

i have create a window application and create its setup. but SQL server database not working in this application and also .net framework install Separately.

can we integrate .net framework and SQL server in setup file so that no neet to install it separately ? so that when we install our setup automatic install .net framework and SQL?
