i want to install visual studio 2013 for web and sql server 2012 or 2014

how toinstall please share mealink where i can install software

note - i am trying to install this but getting error in both.my laptop configuration is

processor - intel(r)core(tm)i5 cpu m520 @2.40 gHz

installed memory ram - 4 gb

system type 64 bit
