How to install or use Nuget Packages without internet ?

Hello,

Generally i install nugets of Entity framework by using internet connection installation.
But if we havent internet connection then how can we manage for nugets..
i have searched on net some results say that download zip file from microsoft or nuget.org
but i couldnt find zip file..
plz can anyone tell me step by step each details..
