How to install ajax control toolkit for VS 2008

Hi,

Is VS 2008 already having ajax extension? How to install ajax control toolkit for VS 2008? I tried adding the .dll file but i am not able to drag the controls to the page.. It gives error that could not load file or assembly 'Ajax Control Toolkit' I got irritated.. plzz help if someone has faced same prob.. Am i going wrong in installing the toolkit?
