How to insert the images in database column using asp.net

Hi all,

 

i developed the an online Exam Portal  here iam faced  small problem i explain in my best level please try to understand otherwise plaese taken my system in Team viewer  please help me.

 

Problem:

 

 first of all i have one Question And  four options  this is my Exam parteen. 

 

 in this options are graphs, functions are Avalible , so iam using 4 file upload controls in 4 options when admin click the first upload control  the imges stored option1 and secound control click the image stored in option2 etc please help me ...........
