How to insert & integrate hyperlink to the word in MS Word

Hi All,
I have something in my Word document as follows,
my requirement is i need to integrate some hyperlink to the word as follows.

MSDN is the site for Microsoft........................................

If i ctrl+click on MSDN it should go to the MSDN link.

How can i achieve this?
