how to insert and update multiple dynamic checkbox in mvc

suppose i have five records in skill table a,b,c,d,e.Than there will be  five checkbox created .now how to insert and update these dynamic checkboxes in mvc.i am having problem in updating checkbox and select checkbox while updating
