How to insert and merge data rows in asp.net C#

Question

I'm trying to save multi line values in textbox into multi rows in sql. I have :http://www.4shared.com/photo/pzb2wflN/data.html and Textbox: http://www.4shared.com/photo/2A0qiYHZ/3_online.html
and after insert: http://www.4shared.com/photo/HT3z-ceb/2_online.html
Please help me to achieve this in possible, thank you!
