How to insert an image in a report

I'm going to insert an image in my report
there is no field for images or address of images in database
there is a folder that contains images and it is located in a folder in the main project folder
the names of images are the IDs of each record

how can I load images for each record?
(I'm using vs2008 and its crystal report)
