How to inetrnet conection disconnet then pause file upload

Dear Sir,

 

 we upload more than   gb file in folder, when upload file then internet disconnet some milisecond then restart the uploading. how to use wait for connection and resume  uploading.

it mens connection disconnect then pause uploading and connection estaiblish then resume uploading in MVC.
