How to Import Sharepoint list with data ?

Hi...

There is a new question in my mind on which i was working yesterday.

 

I want to import a SharePoint list from SharePoint Online to SharePoint Server with data and Vise Versa But it is not working properly.

After a long R&D ,I still not able to find the exact solution that how could I do this .

Please Help me Out!
