How to import excel to datagrid in silverlight

Hi,

  I am new to Silverlight. i have installed silverlight in  vs 2008. is it possible to import excel and bind it any grid in silverlight. i dont find automation factory option in the silverlight even though i include the interoper. Please suugest me how can i do this.
