How to import excel data with formulae into datagridview

Question

I have an excel file which I need to import to DGV. I am using oledb to achieve this but I am not able to import cells with formulae. Is there any way to do this. I read somewhere that converting excel files to xml and then importing would work, can anyone please illustrate how to do this if at all it is possible to do it that way? Any other suggestion is also appreciated.
