how to import data from html to excell in c#?

i have a problem ,am trying to import data from html to excell using asp.net.

 

 

but am anble to do that.

 

 

i have a fileupload controller .it will uploads the file ,and i have one button controle .when i click the button the html page which in fileupload controle

 

i want  to exports to excell file using asp.net please any one help me..
