How to implement redux in c#?

Question

Hey, I am trying to implement redux in c#. As far as I googled it I found thinks like libraries or short tutorial for people who are already familiar with writing it. I am not and I never use any language other then c#. Can you help me with a step by step implementation? Or even a tutorial? After finishing I want to use it in unity.
