How to implement a silverlight 4 (vs2010) user control into vs2008

You can change the target framework for a project; is your progress bar in a separate project? You probably need to be more specific about the problem; you said "fail" but nothing specific about the problem. My guess is that the real cause is quite different from what you think it is.
