How to host a Web Forms web app & sql server on MS Azure

Hi,

 

I have seen lots of online tutorial videos showing how easy it is to deploy a web forms web app using MS Azure.

 

But I'm looking for a tutorial that shows how to deploy a web forms app & an sql server that displays content on that app. I'm sure it's as easy to do this, but I can't find a tutorial that shows how to.

 

I've seen tutorials that show how to do this with an MVC project, and I've tried to copy the steps for that but it doesn't work for me.

 

Can someone please outline the required steps to:

 

Host a web forms web app & SQL Server using Microsoft Azure, or else please point me to a tutorial that goes through these steps?
