How to hide Comments popup in Modern Form Display form and Edit Form

Question

I have noticed some comment popup is coming in SP List Modern forms. It looks like a new update from the Microsoft. It will be in the collapsed view while opening it from the List, but I open it from the Lists/ListA/dispform.aspx?ID=1, the comment popup is opening in expanded view,

what is the Actualpurpose of it, is there any way to collapse that expanded Popup? I have attached the image below for your reference.
