How to have a fixed header for gridview control?

I tried searching the net for some stuff but did not help me.. Can you`ll plzz help me out. I want a fixed header for my gridview control ... The code give in codeproject and csharpdotnetfreak.blogspot.com/ does not work fine.. Plzz help me...........
