How to handle management issues with good and professional ways ?

Dec 21 2024 8:30 PM

I am a new employee at a software company working on the .NET team as a senior .NET programmer. My team consists of 10 employees and a manager. I would appreciate advice on soft skills and company policies for handling the following issues:

  1. The team members do not share their progress with me, even though we are all working on the same project.
  2. After the testing process is completed and the users accept the work without any complaints, my manager tells me that I did not contribute anything to the evaluation.
  3. More than two team members have agreed to inform the manager about another team member in a misleading way.
  4. They sent an email to management without prior notification, stating that the code I wrote is outdated technology. They also claimed that they had instructed me to complete certain tasks, but no one actually provided me with any information or explained the tasks to me.
