How to get value for checkbox from database in asp.net c# ??

Hello,

    I created a register form and gridview in that dropdown list and checkboxlist are created....database has connected and..some records are inserted... when i click on  a particualar row , the  whole row values should be inserted in web form including checkbox and  dropdownlist values retrieved from darabase...bt values should be selected itself from database ....how to do it?....plz tell me
