how to get the datagrid cell value of selected row.

Hi ,
I am doing my project on c#.net(windows application). Here i have used a datagrid. I need to get the datagrid cell value of the selected row. How is it possible to do? Plz help me as soon as possible.

string va = dataGridView1.SelectedRows[0].Cells["name"].Value.ToString();
