How to get the alert in bus details when seat r filled ?

Question

n my college detail project. I'm doing transport/bus detail in that i allocating seats for the each student on each bus(different number of bus).If any bus seats are filled then it will alert that seat are fully filled vice versa...

(I'm using windows_form with c# and ms access db)
