How to get textboxvalue in view?????

Question

 In my view 10 textbox is there....and if 1st textbox is null then assign webgrid row selected value is assign the textbox.....if  i am click on 2nd time in webgrid rows then 1st textbox is not null then  assign 2nd textbox value in wegbgrid....help me.
