how to get reference of combobo in datagrid

Question

it is windows application not a web app
i want to place a combobox in datagridview  how its possible through the pogramatically at the same time i want take the selected value of that combobox at the time save the changes,how can i got that combobox reference in that datagridview through programatically  if any one know the correct ans plz send me it is need for my project , any of your friends work on windows

note:it is window app and datagridview not a web gridview
