i want to develop an application which processes bank activities(Banking App, say. for rural small bank). I want the display on form tools(label,button etc) to be displayed in kannada language so that rural people will learn using it quickly. I want to use PHP and MySQL.
So how I need to proceed? Is there any dll file i can get to do the same?
If there are dll's for any other language also please tell me.
