how to get ip and mac address of client

My website is hosting on iis server.

I am unable to fatch ip/mac address of client. I am always getting my iis server ip/mac address.

Please help me for get ip/mac address of client who login on my website.

This link working on Locally but not working on IIs server.

When code uploaded in IIS and login from another user from another system then IIS Server ip/mac address getting, not client side mac/ip address.
