How to get harddisk/RAM/CPU information of a PC on the network

Hi,

I am having a problem accessing the network computer's hardware info. I have accessed the network PC's list . but I want that when I click on a particular computer name in my network then it will show me the complete hardware info og the network PC like Harddisk space, serial number, RAM capacity, which OS the PC is  running on.

Pleas ehelp me. Its very urgent.
